    The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill on page one, section three, lines nineteen and twenty, by striking out the words “January 1, 2012” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “January 1, 2013”;

    On page one, section three, line twenty-one, by striking out the words “January 1, 2012” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “January 1, 2013”;

    And,

    On page six, section three, line twenty-four, by striking out the words “January 1, 2012” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “January 1, 2013”.
